Call Forwarding Failover Mode
We are pleased to announce a new user call forwarding feature called “Failover Mode”.
Here is how the user call forwarding feature failover mode works.
Failover mode allows users to automatically forward all calls to an external phone number in the event that all of their assigned phones become unregistered with their cloud hosted phone system. It will automatically get activated if all phones assigned to the user are unreachable. The feature will disable automatically once a phone becomes registered and goes online for the user. We recommend you configure your users with failover mode for enhanced reachability in the event of a power failure or loss of Internet.
